Information we collect
When you submit a project enquiry, AltaDev receives your name, email address, business context, service interest, preferred reply method, optional website and budget information, and a phone number when you select Phone or WhatsApp. Basic request information such as time, origin, and network address may be processed for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
AltaDev uses enquiry information to assess the request, respond, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and maintain a business record of the conversation. The website does not currently send personal enquiry details to general analytics.
Processing and retention
Submission details are sent server-side to AltaDev’s configured enquiry provider and controlled destination. They are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. AltaDev does not sell enquiry information.
Your choices
You can avoid the form and email AltaDev directly. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of enquiry information, contact contact@altadev.org. Whether information can be deleted may depend on legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical controls are used, including server-side credentials, validation, submission limits, and abuse checks. No online system is risk-free. Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
